Early-bird rates remain available through Friday, August 15, 2014. After that date, Industry Standard passes increase to $1,695 and Executive Leadership passes to $3,150. Academia and clinician rates do not change.
Yes. Badge transfers are complimentary up to 72 hours before the conference opens. Email the registration desk with the original attendee name and the replacement's full contact details. Onsite transfers carry a $95 administrative fee.
Invitation letters are issued within two business days for fully paid international registrants. Include your passport number, country of issue, and embassy location when you write to [email protected].
Cancellations received on or before August 29, 2014 receive a full refund minus a $95 processing fee. Between August 30 and September 19, refunds are issued at 50%. After September 19, registrations are non-refundable but fully transferable.
Organizations sending five or more attendees qualify for a 15% discount on Industry and Executive tiers. Submit a single request to [email protected] and the team will return a consolidated invoice within one business day.
