Reservations and Cancellations:          
Reservations must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit equal to the amount of one night’s room rate plus tax. Credit cards will be charged this non-refundable deposit immediately.

Cancellations received up until 5 pm EST on September 5, 2014 will be charged for one night’s room and tax (the deposit). Cancellations received after 5 pm EST on September 5, 2014 will be charged for the full stay.
