What is MedTech Partnering?

Because networking is a top goal for our attendees, AdvaMed 2014 is pleased to offer MedTech Partnering—a one-on-one meeting solution designed to maximize networking opportunities for MedTech companies and other industry stakeholders. These private meetings are scheduled through our MedTech Partnering system, which enables users to select mutually agreeable meeting times and locations.

How does it work?

Approximately 6 weeks before the conference, all registered attendees will be emailed a link to their profile on the MedTech Partnering system. Attendees who are interested in MedTech Partnering will be able to:

  • Complete their profile, which can include photos and links to social media accounts or company websites;
  • Browse the list of attendees using advanced search features and filters;
  • Request private meetings with other users based on goals, interests or other search criteria;
  • Accept, decline or suggest alternate times and locations to meeting requests.

What else does the Partnering system offer?

The MedTech Partnering system offers much more than just enhanced networking and private one-on-one meeting scheduling. AdvaMed 2014 attendees can utilize the system to:

  • Participate in forum discussions about relevant industry issues with fellow attendees;
  • Receive recommendations of relevant attendees based on mutual interests;
  • View the conference agenda and use the planner tool to build their calendar and personalize their experience;
  • View the list of sponsors and exhibitors, as well as the exhibit hall floor plan;
  • Download the conference mobile app (available for Android and iPhone) for full functionality on-site;
  • And more!
